Handover time:
Generally speaking, we can have your order shipped to you within 2 working days, or 3-4 days for orders placed over the weekend. Once your order ships, we will email you with FedEx or DHL tracking information.
For custom orders, it takes us a few days to process your order and ship within 5 days.
How to track your order:
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please track your order at FedEx Express web page: www.fedex.com DHL Express web page: www.dhl.com. If you cannot receive your order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff members will check the status and get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping options and times
Total delivery time = processing time/production time + shipping time
We do not offer shipping or delivery services on Sundays or Chinese holidays.
Please note:
1. If your order ships to an address other than your PayPal billing address, we may contact you to list PayPal's alternate address or ask you to provide additional information to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information is confirmed. This helps prevent your PayPal from being compromised. Listing your address before placing your order helps us process your order faster.
2. To protect the interests of cardholders, the Company reserves the right to ship orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.
3. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees that may be charged by your local customs on any international delivery.
